Confident, Clear and Sober
Sobriety coaching that works
You’ve known for ages that you want to stop drinking but, despite your best efforts, it’s not happening on your own.
You’re tired of hitting the snooze button “just one more time” because you’re too “fuzzy” to get out of bed on time?
You’re feeling lost and overwhelmed in your recovery journey
You want someone to help you figure out exactly what steps you need to move you toward sobriety
You crave a life free from alcohol but don’t have the guidance and accountability to make it happen
The problem isn't that you "don't want it bad enough"
The problem is that you haven't organized your efforts.
Don’t worry - I’VE GOT YOU!
What if you could wake up tomorrow with a clear roadmap to recovery?
What if you had someone to co-create that roadmap with you - someone who’s done the work to stop drinking and truly understands the joys and challenges of building a life without alcohol?
What if you’ve finally found the accountability and support you need to feel successful on your road toward sobriety?

I've helped tons of amazing women transform their lives by providing them with the connection, encouragement and accountability they craved. Questions?
What is integration work and why is it valuable?
Integration happens one week a month and provides a dedicated space for reflection, allowing you to celebrate victories, identify challenges, and make informed decisions about the practices that genuinely resonate with your recovery. This process not only solidifies your progress but empowers you to curate a personalized toolkit for sustainable sobriety, fostering a sense of ownership and self-awareness along the way.
What kind of resources do you provide?
You will have access to a shared Google folder where I will list resources that we talk about in sessions. These might be books, podcasts, meditations, breath work practices, apps, or community support options.
